May 9 ~ It's a beautiful day and beautiful new items!

Look at a few more items Mommy found!

A hand-tooled book of French songs (Royal Edition ~ printed in the U.K.). Songs are in both English & French.

Check out this sketch book from 1926!  Not all of the pages are completed, but it looks like it might  be architectural sketches.

Tea anyone!
A hotelware creamer and five really lovely ironstone demitasse cups & saucers from Spain!  We have five of these.

To go along with that tea, some snack plates! Three are available.

Wow! An 1800's Schramberg platter. Fantastic!

So many more pictures we have to take and get ready for our Antique Show next weekend.  The Lakewood 400 Antiques Market is May 17-19 in Cumming, Georgia.

If you see something here, we can make arrangements for your purchase, shipping or local pick up. Send an email or make a post here with any questions.

Remember your Mom and those special other mothers this Sunday on Mother's Day.

Hope to hear from you or see you soon! Thanks for looking!

The Sands of Time

Good Sunday Morning to everyone!

Look what we found yesterday that is so interesting.  Mommy says it is an hour glass.  It looks like a smaller version of the great big one the witch had in the movie the Wizard of Oz where Dorothy and Toto watched the sand quickly emptying!  Scary that one was, but not this one, it is very neat.

Mommy said if I could run around the yard and chase the squirrels and get back on the deck before the sand completely runs out, then I am very fast and might get a treat!  Yummmm.....carrots.

Here are a few pictures:

Still shopping....check back for more interesting pictures and stories soon!

April 23, 2013 We're Back!

Okay....we have been challenged by our computers and other electronic devices.  Thus, the reason we work with antiques!

We hope to be more diligent in our posting of new happenings with our offerings.
This past weekend we could be found at the Lakewood 400 Antiques Market in Cumming, Georgia.
It was a great show and I earned some more treats.  Many of our human and canine customers and friends stopped by.  We even had a visit by some grandchildren!  Yeah!

Mommy and Daddy are always looking for new things. Check out the pictures above of our shoppe area at Lakewood 400 Antiques Market!

Lakewood 400 Antique Show with Santa!

Hello all!

Lots of preparations and the elves have been busy throughout the Halls of Lakewood 400 in Cumming, Georgia.

Santa will be arriving today to greet everyone and take wishes for boys and girls alike of all ages, including dogs too! Check out my picture with Santa from last year.

There are lots of really wonderful items for Christmas decorating and gifts in every hall at the show.  We are offering for the first time gift certificates to be used in our shop in the back of Hall G.  Any denomination, you choose.

If you were interested in our period tilt-top candle table, it sold yesterday and mommy is sad, because she really wanted to trade up at home and bring something else to sell.  Guess she will have to shop some more.

Also a really neat addition are two wooden tubs.  Great for sitting in the hot tub and watching the sunset, sunrise, mountains or just about anything!  Come see them, they are great!

Abby came to visit yesterday, we had a quick visit and then her mommy gave us a couple of treats!  I love Abby, (and her mommy too)!

Gotta run and get ready to see Santa.

Love to all, and come and see us soon!
